All our staff hold a Childcare qualification from a level 2, upwards. They are also encouraged and given the opportunity to go on day courses to keep them in touch with the ever growing changes that take place within childcare.
Every effort is made to ensure that your child will feel loved and emotionally secure at Towers Tiny Tots. Each room has assigned particular staff to look after your children. Every child has a Key person who is there to liaise with their key child's parents/carers. Staff will fill out a record folder which will contain observations and photos charting your child's progress throughout Nursery life. These folders are available for you to see and discuss at any time.
Staff will also write in a daily book a brief description of your child's day, such as how much formula your baby has drunk, meals eaten, how long and when they have slept. This daily book is also for parents/carers to write down anything that they feel is important and will aid staff to have a better understanding of your child's care, e.g. had a bad nights sleep last night so will need an extra sleep etc. These books are for you to take home each night. Please remember to bring the book back for your child's next day at Nursery, we cannot keep replacing the books each time they are not returned and they play a vital role in making sure that you are kept informed of your child's day.
