Fees

Fees include depending on what session times your child is booked in for breakfast, cooked lunch and pudding, tea plus snacks throughout the day.

Once we offer your child a place we will require a £75.00 deposit. This will secure your place. If we receive a months notice in writing when your child leaves the Nursery your deposit will be deducted off of your fees. Failure to give one months notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

We require a £25.00 non refundable registration fee when your child starts Nursery.

Fees are arranged by direct debit one month in advance. Once we have agreed your requested sessions then these are what they will be booked in for. If you require additional sessions we will try our best to accommodate these however on busy days it may not always be possible. Please put in writing any changes you request for your child's attendance, any increasing or decreasing of hours must also be put in writing, a month in advance. If you are decreasing hours and you do not give a months notice you may still be charged.

All fees are payable irrespective of whether a child attends or not, including holidays or sickness. You will not be charged when the Nursery is closed at Christmas or Bank holidays.

Late collection will result in an additional charge and will be added to the following months invoice. The Nursery closes at 6.00pm, if for whatever reason you are going to be late collecting please ring and explain to staff, they may also have children that they need to make suitable arrangements for. There will be an additional charge of £6.50 per hour after 6.pm

3 & 4 Year old funding - Every child is eligible for funding from the accounting period following their child's third birthday. The accounting periods are:

1st April to 31st August
1st September to 31st December
1st January to 31st March

Once your child is eligible you can claim up to 12.5 hours free for 38 weeks out of the 50 that we are open. If for example your child attends the Nursery for three 5hr sessions, you will get 12.5hrs free and then you would need to pay the remaining 2.5hrs that is not covered by the funding.

You can split your entitlement between providers for example you may wish to use 1 session of 5hrs with us and the remaining 7.5 hrs at another setting but you can not use more than your 12.5 hours entitlement.

To claim funding we must see your child's birth certificate. At the beginning of each term before the funding starts you will need to fill out a parent declaration form which clearly states how many sessions you wish to claim with us.
